The relationship between the teacher and the student is likely to be stronger and with better understanding because the teacher will know the capabilities of the student and areas which they can improve to achieve better results of the student.
The advantage of one on one learning is that the student will have the full concentration of the instructor which means that there will be more chances to engage in real communication and direct feedback from the student and the teacher. Due to the undivided attention, the learner will have more control over the subject while the teacher will have direct feedback on the students understanding. The immediate feedback will develop a real and productive relationship which will also enhance the students understanding better. The teacher will also develop a coherent curriculum by understanding the student which he is teaching (Durham 2016).
