Course management software (CMS) is a collection of learning management systems. As a childcare director, use of this technology for administrative purposes would help in the provision of guide and framework to provide guidance in the use, selection, evaluation and integration into the childhood programs. This also helps in troubleshooting and finding solutions to the challenges that affect children. It will also enhance the collaborative learning environment between students and instructors. I will integrate the system in a manner that it will inspire the use of computer technology both at school and home so as to ensure there is consistency in the learning process. I will add multimedia and graphic functions so as to motivate the children to dedicate more time on the computers.

The next big technology that is likely to revolutionize data communication is mobile computing. This technology makes communication easy as people are able to connect over the networks from wherever they are. Education programs will be made easier because once adopted to the education systems, distance learning will become normal in every level of education.
