Are vaccines safe in light of the potent neurotoxic additives they contain?
It is not hidden that vaccines contain additives which are known to be potent neurotoxic chemicals including mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and MSG (monosodium glutamate) (Shaw & Tomljenovic 2013).
Many researchers and parents are questioning the safety of such additives, particularly as there is little support when a child experiences a vaccine related injury- in fact, the parents face a challenge if they make such an allegation (Ursino et. al. 2013).
The number of children diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, autism or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) has increased since the introduction of vaccines (Brüne & Hochberg 2013).
Vaccines have not proven to be effective at preventing disease during outbreaks, leading to further questions with regard to justification for exposing children to such dangerous chemicals (Frompovich 2012).
THESIS Not only are vaccines not safe, they do not do well in serving their intended purpose.

Vaccinations are unable to serve their intended purpose to prevent disease.
Despite predictions that children vaccinated against certain common illnesses would be protected from an outbreak of that infectious disease, but Frampovich (2012) quotes Immunologist Tetyana Obukhanych who said that “Vaccinated individuals are indeed very frequently involved and make up a high proportion of disease cases” (Frompovich 2012).
The long term immunity to chicken pox has been compromised by mass vaccination of children as this does not provide lifetime immunity.
The development of chickenpox as an adult is a much more serious situation with twenty times the risk of death (Humphries 2012).

There has been a rise in illnesses such as diabetes, cancer and SIDS which corresponds with vaccination coverage in the Western world, and there is the possibility that the toxins in vaccines are the cause.
In America, for forty years the number of infants and young children who are diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, autism or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) has increased dramatically (Brüne & Hochberg 2013).
Cave (2008) explains that, “The incidence of autism was 1 in 10,000 before the 1970s and has steadily increased to 1 to 150 in 2008 with a male to female predominance of 4:1…Many of these suggest an environment trigger, such as the ethyl mercury contained in the preservative thimerosal, which has been used in vaccines since 1931.”
The very existence of the Vaccine Compensation Program (VCP) , which has existed for almost three decades, makes clear that some individuals pay a price to meet public health objectives.
While the program is intended to ensure financial compensation for death and injuries related to vaccine, parents face a challenge if they make such an allegation (Ursino et. al. 2013).
Vaccine manufacturers are protected from liability to any harm and side effects that their vaccines can cause, while families have little support in navigating the system on their own (Dachel 2014).
III Conclusion
Vaccines do not work, and they may in fact be causing epidemics of other illnesses due to the toxic chemicals which they contain in addition to the deaths and disabilities for which the VCP was created.
