Within the world of communications there are a variety of communication styles which have importance in every person’s life.

Dialogue and Dissemination are two forms of communicating. Dialogue and dissemination are used in everyday language. Dialogue is considered a form of “good” communication. Dialogue is considered good because it occurs when there are two people contributing in conversation. Dissemination is considered a “bad” form of communication. Dissemination is considered an undesirable form of communication because it is communication that is led by one person.

Another communication style is the role that takes place when people are interacting. The role that can take place may consist of nonverbal and verbal communication. Nonverbal and verbal interaction can play a major role when interacting with others. Voiced interface uses words to signify how a person may feel or what a person’s intentions are via the actual words which are being spoken. Nonverbal skills, such as eye contact, tone of voice, the position of a person’s arms and foot placement, are more accurate than verbal skills because nonverbal interaction can reveal a lot more than words can.

There are several archetypes of communication. The models archetypes of communication include the Jesus model, the Socrates model, the Hegel model, the Marx model and the Kierkegaard model. The Jesus model of Communication is a classical form of interacting. The Socrates model is based on the use of discussion and is usually one-sided. The Hegel model is a form of dissemination when communicating. The Marx model seeks to explain the why and the Kierkegaard model of Communication is branded as a newer form of interaction which may involve the use of gaudy language. All of these models share a common characteristic, which is the specific ways which all people use to express themselves and their validity in everyday life.
