Learning style is my capability to gather and also assimilate information. Understanding my Learning style can be very beneficial to me in academically, at the personal level and professionally. Academically, I will be able to make best use of my learning potential, perform very well in my education at all levels, understand how to deal with my weaknesses in the classroom, avoid stress related to class work and lastly increase my learning strategies. At a personal level, I will enhance m y self-esteem and confidence. Professionally, I will up to date, be competitive in my field, and be able to manage a team in an efficient manner among others.
One of the in-class learning skills that I have not utilized effectively in my previous studies is poor utilization of teamwork. In my earlier classes, teachers have emphasized the need for group learning but ignored it. After the interaction with my peer, I have learned about the importance of teamwork. Teamwork has a lot of benefit such as more understanding resulting from discussion, creation of leadership skills among other. To create teamwork skills, I will put more efforts into Bloom Taxonomy. For instance, I will ensure that I will focus on the topic of discussion. This will enable me to evaluate and analyze it and share my understanding with my peers. To ensure that I remember important issues, I will put much focus on the keywords.

Some of the resources that will help develop my learning style involve attending all the classes and participating in answering questions, making use of library to access best books and resources and lastly make use of computer library to update myself on the recent findings. All these will improve my education performance dramatically.
I would like to be an engineer since its challenging. This will help me critically think and reason and be innovative. Second is the fact that it has always been my dream. This will enable me to be satisfied professionally. Third, it will improve my confidence level. This will assist me interact with more intellectual individuals. Fourth is that it is highly marketable, and I will not struggle searching for a job opportunity. Lastly, it is well paying, and therefore I will be financially stable in life.
