The availability of volunteers in the schools will be to provide the aggrieved children with a way to share their grievances. The process of sharing their experiences, struggles and grievances will reduce actions previously taken by some angry students of shooting their fellow students. Additionally, the summer vacation will be appropriate since it will keep interns committed and motivated.
