This technical support is available either on weekdays or seven day a week, with a slight price difference coming with the weekend support (vSphere, 2014). Weekend support can be added for an extra $44 a year (vSphere, 2014). The most expensive option available is three years of access to both the product and the week-round technical support, which amounts to $1,818.36.
